Hello! I am Jeff, a Psychological Wellbeing Practitioner with a Master’s degree in Child and Adolescent Mental Health from UCL and a background in Psychology from The University of Hong Kong.

I have experience supporting psychological interventions and working with children and young people, including those with Special Educational Needs (SEN), ADHD, and Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD). Areas I support include emotional wellbeing, stress management, emotional regulation, behavioural difficulties, dyslexia management strategies, and psychoeducation.
